Please submit a rough draft of how you want the layout to look. Include message(s), headlines and any photographs with this order. Photographs can be enlarged or reduced as you draw on your draft. Photography does not improve with reproduction-old, blurry or photocopied (because of copyright violation) photos may not be used if unacceptable to the yearbook staff. All photographs will be returned in June when the books arrive at Deep Creek High School. Pictures should be picked up in person after that date or they will be placed in senior diploma envelopes.

All Ads must have:

_____ Picture Captions, if you desire

_____ Sample Layout of how you want the ad to look. A full page is approximately 8 ½ x 11 in size and please draw the estimated size for pictures. DO NOT CUT UP PICTURES IN UNIQUE SHAPES!!! THE YEARBOOK STAFF WILL CROP (MARK) PICTURES TO FIT THE APPROXIMATE SIZE.

_____ All photographs numbered to match layout. (Please mark lightly with a pencil on the reverse of each to match the draft layout) DO NOT PASTE THEM TO A SHEET OF PAPER!

_____ A deposit of at least one-half of the amount due with this order by October 31, 2006. All ads should be paid in full by December 1, 2006. Checks should be made payable to Deep Creek High School.

I authorize the advertisement indicated above and on an attached sheet to be printed in The Hornet 2007 yearbook. I understand that there is a $25.00 fee for returned checks, no matter the reason.
