I am married to my wife
Constance. Together we have 2 beautiful kids Christopher Luke Cyphers
(Born on Oct 26, 2002) and Gabrielle Elizabeth Cyphers (Born on Dec 30,
2004). I am currently a E-6 (SSG) in the Virginia Army National Guard (AGR)
Active Guard Reserve and I am stationed in Richmond, Virginia. My wife
works at the Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital and currently is
going to John Tyler Community College (full-time), striving to become a
doctor. I can be reached on email at

I am currently engaged to be
married to my college sweetheart, Matt Settar (from New Jersey). We are
getting married on October 6, 2007 in Portsmouth, VA. Jeanne Malseed,
Melinda (Cribb) Hodgkiss, and Candice Johnson are going to be three of
my bridesmaids. Matt and I bought a house about a year ago in
Churchland. Also, I finished my Masters degree in Education this past
December. I am currently teaching English at Western Branch High.

fiancé Terrance (Rock) Jones and our 3 girls; Diamond (8), Destiny (5), and
Micaiah (6mo). We are planning for our wedding on August 18, 2007. I am
currently working for Great Atlantic Management as a Resident Manager and

We added an extra member to the family, we gave
birth to our little angel August 16, 2006. We named here Kambi Marie Big
Brothers Tyler and Braylon are helping a lot, We moved to Pembroke, Virginia and
I own my own business making homemade candles. My husband is a foreman with a
construction company out of Roanoke. Kevin Klewer (C/O96) and I were married on March 25,
2006. We are currently living in Deep Creek, and have yet to have any
children. I graduated from Old Dominion University in June 2006 with a
degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Elementary Education emphasis
and a minor in Special Education. I hope to be working in the Newport News
Public School system in the fall.

We've moved to Elizabeth City and loving our new
house. The girls are 5, 3, and 2 and we're expecting a little boy in April
2007. We're happy as ever and just enjoying the life God's given us.
Melissa Armstrong Howell
I graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College in
2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Currently, I am the Marketing
Coordinator at MSA, P.C., a local consulting firm. In June of 2006, my wonderful
boyfriend Ryan proposed on the top of the Empire State Building. Our wedding is
planned for October of 2007. Ryan and I live together in Virginia Beach (near
the Amphitheater) and have a very energetic chocolate lab named Sienna. My life
is good. I hope everyone else is as happy as I am.

husband Timothy and I are expecting our third child later this year. We
are expecting a lil boy we plan to name Zane. We have a due date of
December 15th. On August 29, 2005 we
welcomed our 6lbs 9oz beautiful little girl

7 months and is into everything!

Hi everyone! I
graduated from Towson University in 2003 with a
Bachelor's Degree in History and a minor in Women's
Studies. I am now finishing my Paralegal Studies
Certificate to add to my degree. I hope to find a job
helping children within the justice system. I am engaged
to a wonderful guy, named Brad. We plan to marry in
October 2006. We recently moved in together and adopted
3 cats, Bailey, Clover and Max! My boyfriend Matt and I finally have a
house in the works!!! The house should be ready in the
spring and we will be getting married on July 8, 2006. I live in San Antonio, Texas with my
husband Josh and our beautiful daughter Haylie. I am happy
to say I am a stay at home mom and loving it. I would love

completed and graduated from the Newport News Shipbuilding
apprenticeship program, he is employed with Northrop Grumman. I married Jeff Davis
c/o 97 December 2004. We have 2 boys Timothy 3 and Brian 1. Jeff
works for the city of Chesapeake as a mechanic and I am a stay at
home mom. We still live in Deep Creek and are hoping to move to
Carolina sometime soon. I am hoping to get in touch with some old

and working in Washington, DC for General Dynamics as a Geospatial
Engineer/Trainer. I love this job because it allows me to travel the
country teaching GIS and since I love teaching and traveling, this makes
me a very happy girl. I am still working on my Masters in Coastal Zone
Management and hope to be done with that by next December. Aside from
work and school, I'll be heading over to India for a short term missions
trip in January and am extremely excited about that :) I hope everyone

I have recently moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL to pursue what I hope to
be a prosperous career in restaurant management. Construction for the first
Cheddar's Casual Cafe is currently underway with a tentative opening date around
November of this year. Plans are in the works to add four more stores to the
rapidly growing franchise within the next couple of years. Brian and I are
still together and very happy! Florida is beautiful, but I miss VA...I miss my
family and friends! To all I miss...I love you very much!

Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Radiology and also working at Chesapeake General
Hospital doing hearing screens on newborn babies. My 2 boys are 2 and 3. I plan
to further my education in the medical field as a Medical Assistant hopefully. I

I recently married Joshua David Kennedy on
May 27, 2006. We have bought a house in Bryant Farms, and will be starting our
new life together in Deep Creek.
Leah Adams Kennedy
I am
still living in Alabama, and have finally decided I am going to finish up my AA
in Applied Science to supplement my Paramedic certificate. As well as seeking my
instructors license to be able to teach EMS programs. I have been in EMS for
five years and love every minute of it. But with the crazy work hours it just is
not practical for my daughter, Trinity, to put in more hours at daycare than I
do at work. So in return I can work in the same field doing what I love AND have
normal working hours. (Right now I am lucky to be able to work from home while
attending school.) Anyone that wants to drop me a line feel free while I sit
around and twiddle my thumbs. :)
Tina Devaney
I am currently serving in the United States Air
Force as a Dental Laboratory Technician. I am stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
Previously I was stationed in Biloxi, MS and was hit by hurricane Katrina, an
experience I will never forget. I am almost finished with my Bachelors of
Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland, (finally), and I
will continue on to obtain my MBA in Finance. After my tour in Japan I will be
stationed at Bolling AFB in Washington D.C.

I recently got married (October 1st 2005), I am
also expecting my first kid, Derrick Jr. any day
now. My wife is 9 months pregnant. I've moved to
Williamsburg and operate my own business.

I attained a degree in Game Design and
Development in 2004, and am a Software Engineer for BMH Associates, Inc. in Norfolk doing modeling and
simulation. I am currently attending Old Dominion
University pursuing a Master's degree in Computer
Science. I am currently living in Chesapeake.
William "Eddie" Johnson
On February 12,
2005 I married Kenyetta C. Allen, and we now work
and live in the D.C. metro area (Annandale, VA).
We’re enjoying living our lives for God, and
consider each day a new beginning. We don’t have any
kids…yet (maybe in 2-3 years). I’d like to
hear from any classmates to catch up and see the

Maribeth Cyphers (class of 2001). We have a son named
Benjamin James born on September 21, 2002. And we have a
daughter named Madalyn Elizabeth born on February 5, 2004.
My family and I are currently living in Hickory. I work at
Nucor Steel in Hertford, NC, where I have worked at since
March of 2004. I am still in the Virginia Army National
Guard.(part time)

Ginger Leppert Ritter (C/O 98) is employed as an Office
Administrator and Security Supervisor for CACI. They have
two children; Julianne Michelle is 3 1/2 and Ryan Jr. (RJ), who
was the 1st baby born at Maryview Medical Center on New Year's
Day, is 9 months old. They own a house in Deep Creek and live
across the street from Joey and Sarah Robins. =o)

We have just moved back to Deep Creek and
will be starting new careers. Jesse is working with ICT in
Greenbriar, and I'm still an Aflac agent, but will also be pursuing

I just celebrated my three year wedding
anniversary with my husband Scott Hodgkiss. We don't have any children yet,
but plan to some time in the near future. I recently graduated from
Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology. I
will graduate with a Master's in the Art of Teaching May, 11, 2006. I am still
Laboratory Coordinator for the Teaching and Cognition Laboratory in the
Psychology Department at CNU.
Melinda Cribb Hodgkiss
I AM CURRENTLY LIVING IN PORTSMOUTH WITH MY FIANCE
STEVE AND MY 2 KIDS. KAILEY NICOLLE (MARCH 01,2002) AND KYLER NICHOLAS
(NOVEMBER 01, 2004). AIMING FOR A MAY 06 WEDDING.
I never thought in a million years my life would turn out like this. I
graduated from Johnson C. Smith University, receiving a Bachelors of Science
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems. I am currently employed with the
Norfolk Public Schools System, teaching third grade. I plan on attending Regent
University in the fall of 2005, to obtain my Masters in Education. On November
7, 2004 I received my license of ministry from Revelation International
Ministries. I will be a ordained Youth Pastor of Revelation
International Ministries in June of 2005 . I am not in a serious relationship, right now. My main
focus is giving, traveling across the country (Isreal and Greece) and enjoying
ministry and loving life.
I am still attending ODU and will graduate in December 2005 with a Bachelors
Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and will be continuing on to get my
Masters in Education. I am engaged to Kevin Klewer (class of 96) and our
wedding date is set for January 14 2006. We are living in Deep Creek and
have three dogs; Alexus, Roxy and Bailey.

I'm not married yet although I get enough hints from the girlfriend. At the
moment I'm working my way up the corporate ladder at Best Buy and coaching
senior recreational soccer.

lives in Virginia Beach, VA. Josh is still single and
works for B.P.F.E. International, Inc. (Fire Safety & Security)
I am currently living in Arlington, VA for about a year working as an
Recreation Assistant at Bolling Air Force Base in DC. I am currently the
Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach at South Lakes High School in Reston, Va also. I
graduated from Christopher Newport University in Dec of 2003 with B.S
in Exercise Science, also while I attended CNU I played field hockey and
lacrosse. This past Thanksgiving I traveled to Palm Beach, Fl to coach a select
traveling field hockey team at United States National Festival Tournament.

an Administrative Assistant in Virginia Beach. Right now I am a

Jenny Hess and Justin Boyce (98) who just celebrated their one year wedding
anniversary on April 3rd. Jenny and Justin currently live in Great Bridge
with their son Brady Alex born June 8, 2001. Jenny has the wonderful
opportunity to be at home with her son where she does her full time job of being a
stay at home mom.
Shakira Adkins and Holland (Scoboo) Moore (Class of 96), were married on
March 11, 2005. They share one child together, Madison Necole Moore,2
yrs. old. They have recently purchased a home in the Greenbrier section
of Chesapeake and are very excited to begin a new chapter of their lives
together. Shakira is and has been employed with Sentara for the last 4 years,
where she works an a Licensed Practical Nurse. She plans to soon
continue her education towards earning her Registered Nurse License at NSU,
in the year of 2006.

I got married October 2, 2004, I am now Mrs. Kathy Rubio. We live in
Azalea Acres in Norfolk. We have a 4 bedroom home with our three baby
Kitty's Lilly, Lucky, and Cali and our puppy Mishu. I hope everyone

Nichole L. Barlow graduated from Radford University in May 2004 with a
B.S. in Advertising and a Minor in English.
A little about my recent years. I graduated from the University of North
Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) Dec. 2003 with a B.A. in Natural Resource and
Recreation Management. I also attended the University of Sterling,
Scotland for a summer 2003 study abroad program and was able to travel Europe
for two months backpacking. I am currently employed by NC State Parks as a Park
Ranger. I am living near Emerald Isle, NC and I still managed through four
years of school not to get more than 3 miles from the beach. My only loves
are traveling, surfing and anything outdoors. Hope everyone is successful

I recently began work
towards a PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry at the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I miss Deep Creek between December 15
and March 15. I thought the cold winters of the Midwest were a
myth. I was wrong.
Paul Thomas
BM1 Hans Schultz is currently serving in the U. S. Coast Guard at
Coast Guard Station Chincoteague, VA. He is responsible for patrolling
various Coast Guard small boats up and down the Eastern Shore of Virginia,
conducting the enforcement of laws and treaties, as well as search and rescue
operations up to 50 nautical miles offshore.

HELP me please!!! I'm looking for an old friend of mine, and
I'm guessing she went to Deep Creek High. Her name is/was Amanda Jennings, and
almost always went by Mandy. I think she used to live on Pryor Ct in Chesapeake.
We were best friends in fourth grade, but I moved before fifth, and we lost
